Every dish starts with the open flame. Southern ingredients, coastal inspiration, house-made everything — from the bread in the bakery to the spirits behind the bar.
The Bakery
Open at 7am.
Items sell out.
The oven fires at 4am. Sourdough boules with a live starter, laminated butter croissants, cinnamon rolls, seasonal galettes — made entirely from scratch every morning by our bakery team. The espresso bar opens the same moment the doors do.

GG's Place was born from one idea: that the best destination on the best island in America deserved a place that matched it. Not a chain. Not a formula. Something rooted — built from scratch, house-made from the first loaf of bread to the last barrel of spirits.
We built six businesses under one roof not because it was easier, but because the island deserves a place that works morning to midnight, summer to winter, for the locals who carry it and the visitors who discover it.
